Exclusivity Fee:
Should you wish to reserve a vehicle we have for sale this can be done with the payment of an Exclusivity Fee of £250.00. We will remove the vehicle from sale for 7 calender days of time to allow you to personally inspect, test drive, approve and purchse the vehicle.
When you are satisfied with the condition of the vehicle in question the Exclusivity Fee will be put towards a Securing Deposit in full as confirmation that you intend to purchase the vehicle.
If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the condition of the vehicle as a result of your personal inspection the Holding Exclusivity Fee is fully refundable.
If you elect not to personally inspect the vehicle and wish to cancel the sale the Holding Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE to cover our costs and potential lost sales.
In return for the exclusivity privilidge provided to you the sale price will be as advertised and is non negotiable.

Securing Deposit:
Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with a purchase from us a Non Refundable Securing Deposit is required. The amounts required are as follows:
£500.00 for vehicles from £0.00 - £9999.99
£1000.00 for vehicles from £10000.00 - £19999.99
£2000.00 for vehicles from £20000.00 - £29999.99
The vehicle will be removed from sale pending the payment of the final balance due within a time period agreed between us.
If you elect not to proceed with the purchase the Securing Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

Payment Options:
The final balance can be paid by Personal Cheque (Subject to full clearance), Bankers Draft (during opening hours of the issuing branch), BACS or CHAPS Transfer, Cash (up to a maximum of £9000.00), Debit Card or Credit Card (subject to a surcharge of 2% for Visa & Mastercard, 3% for Amex & Corporate cards).
Once cleared full payment has been received ownership & title of the vehicle is transferred to the purchaser and delivery of the vehicle can be taken.

Title:
All vehicles are our property and remain so until such time as the purchase price is paid in full with cleared funds, or finance terms are agreed.

Description of Goods:
Every care is taken to ensure that vehicles are honestly & accurately described to the customer prior to travel, but for legal reasons we cannot warrant the description given. Customers are advised to satisfy themselves of the overall condition and all relevant specifications of the vehicle before purchase with a detailed examination of the vehicle for sale. E&OE.

HPI Check:
All vehicles are checked against the HPI database before sale.

Prices:
All prices shown are in GBP Stirling for cash sales.

We reserve the right to seek reimbursement of any extra costs incurred during the transaction (i.e. Card Handling Charges) from the purchaser.

Warranty:
All vehicles are checked by our qualified service agents before delivery, and will be supplied with current MOT certificate if over 3 years old & a comprehensive 6 month warranty which can be extended by the customer if required for an additional charge.
